High Temperature Resistant HEPA Filter

 


 

Design Features:

  • This separator-style high temperature resistant HEPA filter adopts corrugated separators to precisely maintain pleat spacing, maximizing filter media utilization with minimum air resistance. The filter media is designed with 180° folded pleats and two indentations at bends, forming wedge-shaped structures at separator ends to effectively prevent media damage

 

Applications:

  • Air filtration for ultra-clean ovens and other equipment & systems requiring high-temperature air purification

 

Material Specification:

  • Filter Media: H13-H14 glass fiber filter paper, U15-U17 American HV glass fiber filter paper
  • Frame: Aluminum profile frame, bent aluminum frame, galvanized steel frame or stainless steel frame (for working temperature below 250°C); Galvanized steel frame or stainless steel frame (for working temperature above 250°C)
  • Sealing Strip: PTFE sealing strip (applicable for 350°C - 400°C)
  • Customization: Overall dimensions can be customized as required
